Take care of your home with this monthly checklist. Keep your home “healthy” with regular maintenance and check-ups!

• In the Garden – Plant new trees and lay sod (good deals this time of year)
• Also In the Garden – winterize perennials, clean annuals out!
• In the Yard – Turn off and disconnect any sprinklers or water hoses (before 1st freeze)
• Roof & Gutters – Clean off & Check for damage!
• Hot Water Heater – Drain and remove sediment
